Seagate has introduced a new range of hard drives that promises to backup our important digital lives. The Backup Plus HDDs work like conventional external HDDs but has the ability to backup as well as share content on Facebook and Flickr.
Compatible with both Windows and Mac OS, Backup Plus hard drives make use of the Seagate Dashboard software that allows one-click backup or can use the software to Save or Share images and videos on Facebook and Flickr.
Backup Plus drives are now available in US in capacities of 500GB, 750GB and 1TB and from 1TB to 4TB for Desk drives. Pricing starts from $119.99 and goes up to $139.99 for 2.5-inch portable HDDs whereas 3.5-inch Desk drives start from $129.99 and maxes at $249.99.
