Research in Motion has confirmed to have cancelled the 16GB PlayBook. While RIM hasn’t revealed the real reason, rumormongers speculate it due to the lower profit margins. RIM says the 16GB PlayBook will be available only till the stocks last and will sell the 32GB and 64GB tablets going forward.
