Nokia also announced three mid-range phones powered by Symbian Belle. First up is Nokia 600 which is touted to be the loudest smartphone to day. The phone features loudspeakers that reaches up to 106 phon and comes with an FM Transmitter or FM radio with internal antenna. On the hardware front, the Nokia 600 runs on 1GHz processor, 3.2-inch nHD (640×360) touchscreen display and features HSPA, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, A-GPS, 2GB internal memory, 5MP full-focus camera with 720p HD video recording support, NFC and a battery life that will give up to 15 hours of talk time. Nokia 600 will be available in black, white, pink and lime flavors in Q3 2011 for 180 euros.
Moving up the ladder is Nokia 700. 700’s USP is its size, which is touted to be the most compact monoblock smartphone in the market. The 110 x 50.7 x 9.7mm phone runs on Symbian Belle and features 1GHz CPU, 3.2-inch ClearBlack AMOLED Display, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 5MP full focus camera with LED flash, NFC and a battery life of up to 7.3 hours. It will come in variety of colors like cool grey, silver/white, coral red, peacock blue and purple for 270 euros in Q3 2011.
Finally, its the Nokia 701 that is packed with features. Nokia 701 is one of the few Nokia devices to sport a graphics co-processor that improves its graphics performance drastically. Rest of the features include 1GHz CPU, HSPA, Wi-Fi, NFC, 3.5-inch IPS panel display with ClearBlack Technology, 8MP camera with LED flash and microSD card supporting up to 32GB of extra storage. Nokia 701 will be available in steel dark, silver light, amethyst violet and white colors for 290 euros in Q3 2011.
