Nintendo has announced the release date of its 3DS handheld gaming console for the European and American market. Gamers in Europe will be able to delve into the 3D goodness from March 25 whereas consumers in United States will get it from March 27 for $249.99.
For the uninitiated, Nintendo’s 3DS is a 3D console allowing users to play 3D games without the need of special glasses. There are other new features like a “Circle Pad” in addition to the regular D Pad, a 3D depth slider, built-in motion sensor and gyro sensor, 3 cameras and parental controls.
The console will be bundled along with an AC adapter, 2GB SD memory card, 6 AR cards for games with AR (Augmented Reality) technology, quick start guide, manual and warranty card.
