U.S. Cellular has unveiled a new Android device that will be the operator’s last Android for this year. Rounding up its portfolio is LG’s Optimus U, a full touchscreen device running Android 2.2 OS. The phone features a 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen display, 3.2MP auto focus camera, Wi-Fi with hotspot support, GPS, virtual QWERTY keyboard, 3.5mm headphone jack and microSD card slot.
U.S. Cellular will release the phone on December 13 for free with a 2-year contract and $80 mail-in rebate.
