If the latest rumors are any indication, the upcoming CES could be a show dominated with Google TVs. According to Reuter’s sources, Toshiba and Vizio are also planning to unveil their Google TV sets.
The web-enabled television sets are expected to be unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show in January but is still unconfirmed because both the companies haven’t made their plans public.
“Google certainly is a key partner for us on the PC side and will likely be key for us on the TV side as well,” said Jeff Barney, general manager of digital products for Toshiba America.
Vizio doesn’t comment on unannounced products, said Chief Sales Officer Randy Waynick.
Recently, Samsung was also rumored to unveil Google TVs in January but they too, haven’t confirmed their plans yet.
