Samsung Google TV coming in January

Google TV, which is currently being sold by Sony will see another major manufacturer diving to make things more competitive. Samsung has confirmed that they will reveal their first Android OS powered TV in January and it seems CES will be the likely venue where Samsung’s TV boss, Yoon Boo Keun is set to address a keynote on January 6.
Samsung hasn’t revealed any more details but said the company is “open” to use Intel’s chips for their Google TVs.
The fate of its Internet-enabled Samsung Apps store for TV is also uncertain that allows users to download apps and widgets for their television sets.
