The Blackberry Bold 9780 that was first leaked way back in July has got the official unveiling. It’s the smartest kid in the Bold family and runs RIM’s newest Blackberry 6 OS. The Bold 9780 feature set includes worldwide 3G support, 480×360 resolution display, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 5MP camera with autofocus, image stabilization and flash, 512MB flash memory, GPS, geo-tagging, optical trackpad, micrSD card slot (up to 32GB) and 1500mAh battery.
Since it runs BB 6 OS, it also gets the new Webkit-based browser supporting multiple tabs, Social Feeds, Universal Search and improved multimedia features.
RIM hasn’t put a price to it but expects to sell it on various operators from next month.
