Motorola has announced five new handsets in its MotoYuva range. The range caters to the base level of the market who seek decent features at a very affordable price. The new additions include WX181, WX260, WX265, WX290 and WX295.
WX181 is priced at a very gettable Rs. 1,490 and features a 1.5-inch color screen, FM Radio with RDS, LED torch, stereo headset and conference call support. The WX181 is boasts an 8 hours of talk time with 580 hours of standby.
Moving up the ladder are WX260 and WX265. The WX260 and WX265 are basically the same handset except with an obvious difference of the form factor. The WX260 is a candybar device whereas WX265 is a clamshell. The phones feature a 1.7-inch display, LED torch, Bluetooth, WAP 2.0, music player, FM Radio and 2GB microSD card slot. It claims to give up to 11 hours of continuous music playback. WX260 and WX265 goes for Rs. 2,190 and Rs. 2,490 respectively.
Finally are the WX290 and WX295 who adopts similar strategy to WX260/WX265. WX290 is a candybar device whereas WX295 is a clamshell. These phones come with 1.8-inch of display, VGA camera, MMS support, LED torch, FM Radio, Bluetooth and WAP 2.0. WX290 goes for Rs. 2,490 and WX295 for Rs. 2,890.
