Seagate 3TB FreeAgent GoFlex Desk External Drive

 

Seagate has finally announced its rumored 3TB hard drive. The world’s first 3TB drive has been added to its FreeAgent GoFlex Desk range that allow users to store up to 120 HD movies, 1,500 games or thousands of images and music.

Although the drive supports USB 2.0, with the help of an additional adapter you can make the drive USB 3.0 or FireWire 800 compatible enabling faster transfer speeds. Furthermore, the drives come with NTFS driver for Mac that allows access of data on a Macintosh machine.

It is available in US for $249.99.
