Corby and Star phones offer touchscreen interface at an affordable price but if that is still outta your budget, Samsung has announced more affordable Champ (S3300). Champ will be priced lower than Samsung’s current cheap Corby range and will sport a small 2.4-inch QVGA touchscreen display, TouchWiz Lite UI, Bluetooth 2.1, 3.5mm audio jack, 1.3MP camera, microSD card slot and Samsung Apps support to download apps and widgets from Samsung’s app store.
Samsung has not disclosed the exact price but will start retailing the phone in June in Asia, Europe, Latin America, Africa and Middle East.
