Today is April 6 and as promised, Microsoft has rolled out the Xbox 360 software update over Xbox LIVE. In the next few hours, users logging into Xbox LIVE will be prompted to update their console firmware that will bring the much needed USB support.
After the update, users will be able to hook their USB flash drives or HDDs to expand Xbox 360’s storage to store games, profiles, demos etc. However, the maximum storage can be expanded up to 32GB, with a single drive restricted to 16GB.
