Motorola’s drought of new phones cost them their small market share in India but they’re trying to grab it back with the introduction of Milestone. Milestone is the GSM brother of Droid that sells in US. Milestone is one of the thinnest QWERTY sliders around and features an Android 2.1 OS, 3.7-inch WVGA touchscreen with multi-touch support, HSPA, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 5MP auto focus camera with dual LED camera, 3.5mm headphone jack, microSD card slot and GPS.
In addition to the meaty specs, the phone packs in a little surprise. Motorola has tied up with MapmyIndia and will pre-bundle their app to provide full GPS of over 401 cities with voice-guided navigation.
Motorola Milestone will retail for Rs. 32,990.
