The phone that matches Spice’s newest offering camera prowess is Samsung’s SCH-W880 and since its restricted to work only in South Korea, the S-1200 seems like a nice buy. Priced at just Rs. 14,500 the GSM phone brings a 12MP sensor and a 3x optical zoom along with Xenon flash. It also boasts a 9x digital zoom and few other photographic features like multiple face detection, smile shutter etc. Unfortunately, its video recording function is not something to boast of. It can record videos in QVGA resolution (30fps).
The remaining feature set includes a 2.4-inch display, tri-band GSM/EDGE support, Bluetooth, FM Radio, TV-out and microSD card slot supporting up to 32GB. It has a 1000mAh battery and gives a talk time of up to 3 hours and standby of up to 150 hours.
