Motorola Sholes has been in the news for the past couple of days. First, pictures of few of its features hit the interweb, then a picture of a Motorola phone surfaced yesterday (which is said to be Sholes) and now we’ve got latest pictures from Androidin who shows off a China-limited variant of Sholes sans the physical QWERTY.
It will be released as XT701 on China Unicom and features a 3.7-inch touchscreen display, Android 2.1 OS, 3.5mm headphone jack, FM Radio and 5MP camera with HD video recording support. Supposedly, Chinese version will get a downgrade in the camera department because the Sholes is rumored to have an 8MP sensor.
There’s no word on when this phone will be released.
