Xbox 360 Elite to get cheaper from tomorrow

Microsoft has announced what we’ve been hearing for the past few months. Starting from tomorrow, the Xbox 360 Elite’s price will be reduced to $299.99 and Pro will be making its way out. However, until Pro’s stock runs out, retailers will be selling it for $249.99. The Xbox 360 Arcade price remains unchanged at $199.99.

Microsoft reckons Pro’s oust will enable consumers to take an easy decision as there will be no middle way. Price conscious consumers will be able to pick the Arcade version and those seeking full X360 experience can go for the Elite.
