Dell has decided to stop selling its 12-incher Mini 12 netbook. Even though netbook manufacturers are trying to diminish the gap between netbook and notebooks, Dell reckons larger-sized notebooks need more horsepower and when netbooks are concerned, the 10-inch netbooks hit the “sweet spot.”
Dell’s Inspiron Mini line will now consist of Mini 10 and Mini 10v and the Mini 9 will be sold again albeit for a brief time. Customers interested in buying Mini 12 can do so but it will be sold via Dell Outlet, Dell’s refurbished laptop hub.
