While there was every reason to believe why TouchFLO 3D would be in the last stages after the announcement of Sense UI, HTC has not given yet on TouchFLO 3D. Apparently, the new version of TouchFLO 3D dubbed as Manila will be seen on Firestone, HTC’s first 8MP phone. The changes? Well, HTC has integrated most of the functions on its UI so that you don’t have maneuver through the unfriendly icons of Windows Mobile. Also, there’s a dedicated Footprints sub-menu, frequently used application shortcuts for quick access etc. The new Manila TouchFLO 3D supposedly works only on WVGA devices.
