Nvidia has expanded its GeForce 200M series for laptops with the addition of five new GPUs – G210M, GT 230M, GT 240M, GTS 250M and GTS 260M based on 40nm fabrication technology.
The cards bring DirectX 10.1 support, GDDR5 memory support, revamped micro-architecture that improves battery life and graphics over the previous generation.
The fastest of the lot is the GTS 260M that boasts a gig of DDR5 memory, 96 stream processors, core running at 550MHz while memory clock 1800MHz.
Nvidia expects over 100 notebooks will sport their GeForce G200 Series cards by the end of this year.
