Ballmer confirms Windows Mobile 7 for 2010

Motorola’s CEO was pretty spot on about the launch time frame of Windows Mobile 7. Ballmer, the man himself has now officially confirmed that Windows Mobile 7 will indeed reach consumers in 2010 while this year will be taken by the interim Windows Mobile 6.5 variant. The confirmation came in a conference call where he also talk on other topics surrounding Windows Mobile, the no-Microsoft phone stance, Live service integration and the overlapping of Windows and Windows Mobile technologies.
