Really, there is no connection with Creative’s Zii, but definitely a strong bond with Wii. Pictured above is a prototype of Matrix’s WiiZii mod. This is a solderless, plug and play, firmware upgradeable mod solution which Matrix claims, to work with all Wii versions. But the exciting part over here is the included support of external SATA HDDs. HDDs will enable faster loading of ISO images as well as homebrew.
