Dual GPU GTX 295 is finally a reality as Nvidia has given the needed official acknowledgement. Two GTX 200 GPUs stuck together make this beast world’s faster dual GPU card. The specs are no surprise here as it is based on 55nm, DirectX 10, internal SLI with 1792MB of DDR3 memory, 480 processor cores and features HDMI and dual link DVI.
Nvidia also announced GTX 285 which is claimed to be the most powerful single GPU with 30% more performance. This one has 1GB of DDR3 memory, 240 processor cores and support for DirectX 10, HDMI and dual link DVI.
GTX 295 is said to be available right now for $499 and GTX 285 will be available from January 15 at a price of $399.
