UPDATE: Another website is reporting lower end models of N10. The listed ones are N10E-A1 ($649.99), N10J-A1 ($749.99) and N10J-A2 ($849.99). The only XP version is N10E-A1 with 1GB RAM and 160GB HDD. N10J-A1 and N10J-A2 will both run Vista and will have 2GB RAM, 160GB HDD and 2GB RAM, 250GB HDD respectively.
Asus Eee PC’s high end sibling, N10 recently showed up in Korea at the Asus World 2008 show. The netbook will not have the Eee tag and will be priced higher than Eee PCs because of its powerful specifications. N10 is a 10.2inch netbook having Intel Atom N270 processor onboard, 2GB RAM, 5400RPM 320GB SATA HDD and 256MB NVIDIA Geforce 9300 GS handling the graphics area. The netbook will run Vista Business and will have no internal optical drive.
Wi-Fi a/g/n, Ethernet, 1.3MP camera, Bluetooth, HDMI, finger print scanner, 3 USB ports are the other features. Equipped with a 6-cell battery, N10J-HV003E will give around 6.5 hours of working time on a single charge. The netbook is expected to be officially announced on 13th of this month carrying a price tag of $1,140.
