Skullcandy Resurrects Icon Headphones Line with an ANC model in India

Skullcandy Icon ANC

Skullcandy has launched a new Icon headphone in India, nearly two decades after the launch of the original model. The Icon ANC brings active noise cancellation and a battery life of up to 60 hours of battery life without ANC (50 hours with ANC enabled). Moreover, the headphones support rapid charging—delivering four hours of playback with just ten minutes of charge.

The Icon ANC is designed for durability and daily wear, which is why it comes with an IPX4 rating for sweat and water resistance, making it suitable for active use. A metal-reinforced headband and cushioned earcups aim to improve comfort and longevity and are bundled with a travel case for portability.

The headphones support multipoint Bluetooth pairing, Google Fast Pair, and a built-in microphone with voice enhancement. There’s sound profile support with customizable EQ modes and a low-latency audio setting for gaming or video use. An adjustable “Stay-Aware” mode allows ambient noise in when needed—useful for outdoor or commuting scenarios.

The Icon ANC is available in black and bone color variants for Rs. 8,999 at launch.
