
Lenovo has launched the IdeaPad Slim 5 laptops with the AMD Ryzen AI 300 Series ‘Krackan Point’ processor. The 14-inch and 16-inch IdeaPad Slim 5 are one of the first laptops to be powered by AMD’s AI-centric processor. Equipped with up to Ryzen AI 7 350 processors, the CPU integrates XDNA 2 NPU that delivers up to 55 TOPS of AI processing power.
To allow users take advantage of the laptop’s AI capabilities, it comes pre-installed with Lenovo AI Now based on Meta’s Llama 3, enabling users to conduct Q&A sessions based on the personal data in the laptop.
Lenovo allows customizable configurations on the website but some features include up to a 2.8K 120Hz OLED display with 100% DCI-P3 color accuracy and up to 500 nits brightness for the 16-inch variant whereas the 14-inch gets a WUXGA OLED 120Hz panel, Rapid Charge Boost technology that tops up hours of battery in a few minutes and AI-powered noise cancellation.
The Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 pricing starts from Rs. 91,990.
