LG today announced its 2022 UltraFine OLED monitors targeted at professionals. The monitors will go on sale in “key markets” from next month and will be available in two sizes — 27-inch (27BP95E) and 32-inch (32BP95E). The monitors aimed towards creative industry professionals boast support for 4K UHD resolution (3,840 x 2,160) with 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio and 99% coverage of the DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB color space. Moreover, the monitors feature independent pixel control for improved color fidelity and contrast and are free from the halo effect, or blooming due to the OLED panel.
Color accuracy is of utmost importance in these professional monitors, which is why LG is bundling detachable self-calibration sensors, monitor hoods and a free-to-download LG Calibration Studio software to get the perfect color reproduction.
When it comes to HDR, the monitors support OLED Pixel Dimming HDR and conform to DisplayHDR400 True Black. On the connectivity front, the monitors come with USB-C PD, USB-A, HDMI and DisplayPort.
