Amazon has introduced Kindle Kids Edition that provides access to more than a thousand premium e-books with FreeTime Unlimited for a year, a kid-friendly case and a 2-year guarantee on the device. Targeting young readers, the Kids Edition of Kindle features a six-inch 167ppi e-ink display with adjustable front light. The battery of the new Kindle last weeks as per Amazon.
With one year of FreeTime Unlimited included, kids have access to over a thousand kid-friendly books, including chapter books and award-winning titles like Island of the Blue Dolphins, El Deafo, and Bridge to Terabithia. And coming soon, kids can also enjoy a selection of Spanish language books and can listen to their favorite Audible books via Bluetooth headphones or a speaker.
