Xiaomi has been teasing slew of devices on their Weibo page. Next week, on 29 August, Xiaomi will be unveiling new Redmi products, like the Redmi Book 14, Redmi 4K Smart TV and Redmi Note 8 devices. The Redmi Book is a laptop will be an upgrade to the one currently available in China. The new Redmibook will come with 10th-generation Intel Core i7 processor. Besides this, there will be a new Redmi 4K Smart TV box as well.
Along with these, it is speculated that Xiaomi will also showcase MIUI 11 and would announce the availability of the same. The most interesting launch will be the Redmi Note 8 series, there are two devices, the Note 8 and Note 8 Pro. Redmi Note 8 Pro will feature the recently announced MediaTek Helio G90T chipset, on the other hand, the Redmi Note 8 will be powered by Snapdragon 665 processor that is currently also used in Mi A3. Both phones will feature a quad-camera setup, however, in the Pro version, the cameras are placed at the rear center and in the non-Pro version they are on the left side of the phone. The main camera of the Redmi Note 8 Pro is 64-megapixel and Redmi Note 8 is 48-megapixel. These phones will also feature a wide-angle lens, macro lens, and a depth-of-field sensor.
In terms of gaming, the Redmi Note 8 Pro features a liquid-cooled gaming core and is certified by TÜV Rheinland for high-performance network connection (game) certification. It allows the phone to smoothly run complex network scenes.
These devices will be launched in China next week, we are sure that Xiaomi will be planning to launch the Redmi Note 8 phones in India as well.
