September, this is when everyone including the competition awaits the launch of new iPhones. The last iPhones were not much of a change in terms of design and looks except for the hardware. However, this year the Cupertino technology giant has planned major upgrades to its iPhones, iPads and even other hardware products.

Report from Bloomberg claims that this year Apple will have ‘Pro’ version of the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR. The Pro version will be enhanced with the new camera setup, mainly the third camera for capturing ultra-wide-angle photos and videos. The new cameras will be of higher resolution and Apple will also improve low-light shots via its camera. It is claimed that the video capture quality of the Pro versions will be as comparable to professional video cameras. The iPhone XR will have a second camera with optical zoom capability.

Today most of the premium Android phones (except the OnePlus 7 series) have reverse wireless charging that lets you charge other compatible devices or accessories. New iPhones will also feature this technology and allow users to power their latest Airpods with the wireless charging case.

In terms of looks, there might not be any drastic changes, the screen sizes will remain the same except the newer iPhones will have a matte rear finish. They will also be more water-resistant and will feature new shatter-resistance technology so that your new iPhones can take daily bumps and drops.

Besides this, Apple will also enhance the Face ID sensor with multi-angle support. Thus the new iPhones can be unlocked even when they are placed flat on a desk. The new iPhones will use updated OLED screens however, Apple is doing away with the 3D Touch technology that it launched with the iPhone 6S, instead, it will use Haptic Touch which functions in the way 3D Touch technology does.

The hardware, of course, will be upgraded and we may see an A13 processor on the newer iPhones with a new co-processor that will handle math-heavy tasks and will aid in computer vision and augmented reality.

Along with new iPhones, Apple will release new iPad Pro which will feature upgraded hardware and camera. As per reports, an entry-level iPad Pro is also in the making which Apple will release this year. There will be a newer version of the Apple Watch. The highlight of the offerings would be a new MacBook Pro which Apple had not revamped in three years. Besides this, there are a slew of other products like the updated Mac Pro, Apple TV, Mac and software updates. Apple will also announce the Apple Arcade gaming subscription service during the launch.
