Huawei has delayed the launch of its foldable device, the Mate X. However, as per Neowin, who got to play with the device revealed that the Mate X will feature the new flagship processor from HiSilicon, that is Kirin 990 instead of Kirin 980 that was showcased during the announcement. The cameras of the Mate X will also be equivalent to Huawei’s P30 Pro. This delay would also mean that the Mate X would come with EMUI 10 based on Android Q. As per sources, the Mate X will now possibly launch in November this year.
Huawei had announced the Mate X at Mobile World Congress featuring two OLED displays, when opened makes it a 8-inch screen device. This delay will be worth the wait as Huawei will update the hardware and software of the device.
