Hyderabad is the first city to get 1Gbps internet

With many regions in India still struggling to get decent internet speeds, Bengaluru-based ACT Fibernet has been offering some high-speed plans at an affordable price. The ISP has now upped the ante by announcing a new internet plan that has internet speeds reaching up to 1Gbps at an impressive price of Rs. 5,999.

The price may seem steep by average home user standards but if you’re one who streams 4K content and downloads regularly, this plan looks to be a good choice with 1TB of FUP usage.

ACT Fibernet is currently rolling this plan out in Hyderabad first and will roll out to 11 other cities ACT has presence in.
