Intex launches Aqua S7, expands its VoLTE range of smartphones

Intex Aqua S7

With Jio enterting the Indian mobile network space, the demand for 4G/VoLTE handsets is on the rise. Intex is one such brand that is also a Jio Welcome Offer partner and that makes sense for the manufacturer to launch new phones supporting VoLTE. The Aqua S7 is a new entrant in the VoLTE segment by Intex.

The Aqua S7 features 5-inch Asahi DragonTrail 2.5D glass for screen protection. The phone runs on Android M with 3GB RAM, 16GB internal storage (expandable up to 64GB) and a finger-print sensor. Powering the phone is the 64-bit Quad core Mediatek processor.

For photography enthusiasts and selfies lovers, Aqua S7 features 13-megapixel Rear Auto-Focus camera with single LED flash and 5-megapixel front camera. This is a 4G VoLTE dual-SIM smartphone that comes with 3200mAh battery.

In terms of localisation, the Aqua S7 features Matrabhasha service that enables communication in 21 regional languages including Hindi. There are also pre-loaded apps such as Intex Service, Follo, OPERA MINI, Clean Master, Daily hunt and more. The phone retails for Rs.9499 in Champagne, Rose Gold and Dark Blue colours.
