Xiaomi launched the successor to the Redmi 3, the Redmi 3S. Dressed in metal body, the Redmi 3S is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, 4100mAh battery, 13-megapixel Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF) camera and 5-inch HD display.
Redmi 3S comes in two versions, 2GB/16GB storage that is priced at Rs.6,999 and 3GB/32GB version that is priced at Rs.8,999 known as Redmi 3S Prime. The fingerprint sensor is only present in the Redmi 3S Prime. Both the phones are dual SIM with 4G VoLTE support. You can also increase the storage by adding a microSD card up to 128GB, however, since they use a hybrid SIM slot, external storage can only be used if you are not using two SIMS.
