Asus has kicked off Computex in style with the flurry of Zen device announcements, including the new ZenFone 3. The range consists of ZenFone 3, ZenFone 3 Deluxe and ZenFone 3 Ultra with ZenFone 3 superseding the ZenFone 2 with 14nm FinFET-based Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, 4GB RAM, 5.5-inch Full HD Super IPS+ display, 16 megapixel camera with Asus TriTech autofocus and a built-in fingerprint sensor.
The ZenFone 3 Ultra is in fact a smartphone-tablet hybrid in a slim full-metal unibody chassis and a 6.8-inch Full HD display. It’s powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor, 4GB RAM, fingerprint sensor and a 23 megapixel camera with Asus TriTech autofocus tech that focuses in 0.03 sec. ZenFone 3 Ultra also features a 4600mAh battery and supports Quick Charge 3.0 for faster charging.
Lastly, ZenFone 3 Deluxe is the flagship device this generation that boasts Snapdragon 820 processor, up to 6GB RAM and 5.7-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display. The ZenFone 3 Deluxe has an aluminium alloy unibody shell, Sony’s IMX318 23 megapixel camera sensor, 4K recording support, fingerprint sensor and Quick Charge 3.0 support.
