Google quietly expanded its Nexus lineup with two new smartphones. Till last year, Google used to introduce one Nexus device in a single year but this year Google has introduced two new smartphones that cater to two different audiences. The Nexus 6P, created in association with Huawei for its large 5.7-inch display and the Nexus 5X from LG with a 5.2-nch display.
Both phones have a fingerprint sensor, which Google dubs it as Nexus Imprint and features a 12.3 megapixel camera, Android Marshmallow 6.0, and USB Type-C port.
As far as other features are concerned, the Nexus 6P comes with a 5.7-inch WQHD AMOLED display with an aeronautical-grade anodized aluminum body, Snapdragon 810 processor, 8 megapixel front-facing camera, 3GB RAM, internal storage from 32GB and 3450mAh battery.
The Nexus 5X on the other hand, boasts a 5.2-inch Full HD display with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, 2GB RAM, 5 megapixel front-facing camera, 2700mAh battery and internal storage starting from 16GB.
The phones can be pre-ordered in US, UK, Ireland and Japan but has no exact availability for the Indian market. The Indian pricing however, is confirmed, which is Rs. 31,900 for the Nexus 5X and Rs. 39,999 for Nexus 6P.
