SanDisk unveils Connect Wireless Stick

SanDisk has announced yet another wireless streaming solution for mobile devices. Competing with the offerings from Seagate, Kingston and its own, the Connect Wireless Stick allows streaming of multimedia content from the drive to an Android or an iOS device.

The Connect Wireless Stick works the same way as other solutions but two things that works for the device is the size – looks like an average USB flash drive – and the affordability, which starts at Rs. 2,790, making it one of the cheapest wireless streaming solution for mobile devices.

The drive comes built-in with a Wi-Fi chip and a battery that promises to give up to 4.5 hours of battery life and can stream a Full HD video or up to 720p videos when you’re streaming to three different devices simultaneously.

The Connect Wireless Stick storage ranges from Rs. 2,790 for the 16GB and goes up to Rs. 9,490 for the 128GB variant. Price for other storage variant are as follows:

32GB: Rs. 3,790
64GB: Rs. 5,490
