Facebook adds video calling in Messenger app

What is one prominent feature that is common between Skype, Google Hangouts, Apple’s FaceTime and now Facebook Messenger app? Video calling, of course! Facebook has jumped on the video calling bandwagon by offering the feature in its Messenger app. Irrespective if you’re on iOS or Android, users will be able to place a video call by tapping on the video icon on the top right hand side of the conversation window.

The feature will be rolled out in all regions but it works for now if you reside in Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Laos, Lithuania, Mexico, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, UK, US and Uruguay.
