Oppo brings 4.85mm R5 smartphone to India for Rs. 29,990

Oppo has announced the pricing and availability of the super slim R5 smartphone. The 4.85mm smartphone will go on sale from next month for Rs. 29,990 with pre-booking starting on Jan 1. Equipped with a nice steel micro-arc frame, the phone supports Indian 4G LTE bands and comes with a 5.2-inch AMOLED display along with Qualcomm’s Octa-core MSM8939 processor.

The phone also features 13 megapixel camera to handle the photographic duty that supports PI 2.0 Plus Flash Shot technology that focuses the subject in just 0.18 secs.

The R5 also supports Oppo’s VOOC rapid charging system that charges up to 75 percent of the battery in just 30 minutes.
