Spice Mobiles launched the Hindi edition of the low-cost Android One device dubbed as Spice Dream Uno H. To tap the mass hindi speaking audience in India, the phone features complete Hindi keyboard, voice input along with Hindi versions of popular Google products such as Android OS, Chrome, Search, YouTube, Google Maps and other popular applications.
This dual SIM 3G smartphone is powered by 1.3 GHz Quad core processor with 1GB RAM, runs on 4.4.4 Kitkat OS and will be updated to Android L at a later stage. The phone sports a 4.5 inch display, 4GB internal storage and microSD card support. The rear camera is of 5 megapixel with auto focus and front camera is 2 megapixel.
The device is equipped with a 1700 mAh battery offering a standby time of up to 160 hrs and a talk time of up to 1020 min (2G) and up to 620 min (3G). The Spice Android One Hindi also features exclusive Hindi applications such as Aajtak, Sony live, Hungama, Spice Cloud, Google Translate and Google Hindi Input. The Spice Dream Uno H is currenly available for Rs.6,299 at online stores.
