Microsoft is slowly and steadily expanding its wings to bring in more Indian-branded smartphone manufacturers under its wing. The latest entrant is Celkon with their very first Windows Phone 8.1 running WIN 400. The phone is priced at just Rs. 4,979, breaking the important Rs. 5k benchmark for a Windows Phone 8.1 devices. It’s a dual SIM device and features a Snapdragon 1.2GHz quad-core processor, a 4-inch WVGA display and 512MB RAM.
Camera-wise, the WIN 400 features a 5 megapixel autofocus with flash at the back and a 1.3 megapixel front-facing one for video call and selfies. Additionally, the phone supports 3G connectivity, microSD card slot, 1500mAh battery and 15GB OneDrive storage absolutely free.
