Apple schedules another event on October 16

Apple certainly has a lot to talk these days. The Cupertino giant is now sending invites for an event scheduled on October 16 in California. The invite as expected, does not reveal anything but the copy reads “It’s been way too long” that hints at some impending announcements related to iPad. As The Verge notes, the event will take place in a small but an intimate setting compared to the iPhone 6 launch.

According to the latest rumour, the new iPad will be thinner, faster and even include TouchID fingerprint sensor.
