There’s no doubt that we’ll see a new Moto G device from Motorola’s event on September 4 but an import data first seen by Price Baba gives us an insight as to when Motorola plans to launch the device in India. Admittedly, we don’t have a date yet but Motorola has imported about 64,000 units of the new Moto G, hinting Motorola can start selling the device soon after the announcement.
Interestingly, Motorola is holding an event on September 5 in India.
The import price is Rs. 10,640 which means we can see the phone retailing around Rs. 11,500-12,000 with Flipkart exclusively selling the device. As for the hardware, the new Moto G is rumoured to have a quad-core Snapdragon processor, 1GB RAM, 5-inch display, 8 megapixel camera, 16GB internal memory and microSD card slot.
