LG is taking a bold step to make its lower priced products at par with their latest flagship phone. LG has confirmed that some of the UX features introduced in the LG G3 will make its way to the entry-level and mid-range smartphones and tablets. However, there’s a caveat though – it applies only to devices launched after the second half of this year.
Nevertheless, consumers can expect a simplified camera interface that will display only the most frequently used menus. Additionally, LG will integrate Touch & Shoot, Gesture Shot and Clean View in the camera interface.
LG will also bring Smart Keyboard that claims to reduce input error by up to 75 percent and analyses typing habits and allows to re-size the keyboard for a better fit.
LG has not confirmed the exact timeline as to when these devices can expect the UX upgrade.
