LG has announced the ‘mini’ version of its G3 smartphone – the G3 Beat. LG says G3 Beat will offer similar premium user experience with Floating Arc metallic design and fast Laser Auto Focus technology in a more compact form factor.
Targeted at the mid-range market, the G3 Beat is powered by Qualcomm’s 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB RAM and 5-inch HD IPS display (1280×720).
Furthermore, the phone has an 8GB internal memory, an 8 megapixel laser auto focus camera, Android 4.4.2 support, microSD card slot, 4G LTE or HSPA+ support and removable 2540mAh battery.
The phone will be available from tomorrow in South Korea and will start rolling out in European countries in the coming weeks.
