After showcasing at the LG Tech Show earlier this year, LG has officially announced the G Pro 2 in India. The phone will replace G Pro, which LG introduced last year and improves on the predecessor with better hardware and software features.
The G Pro 2 boasts a slim design with a 3.3mm narrow bezel that allows them to pack in a large 5.9-inch Full HD IPS Display. Furthermore, G Pro 2 features a metal mesh finish on the back that provides better grip and is more resistant to finger-points and smudges and rear physical buttons.
G Pro 2 also comes with 13MP OIS Plus Camera with Optical Image Stabilization support, 4K Ultra HD video recording support, quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.26GHz, 3GB RAM, Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth, SlimPort, 1W Hi-Fi Sound, 16GB or 32GB internal storage with microSD card slot and 3200mAh removable battery.
LG has also worked on the phone’s software that supports Knock Code, which is an improved version of KnockOn, Dual Browser, Mini View feature that allows users to use the phone with one hand, Content Lock to lock files, photos and memos etc.
The LG G Pro 2 comes with Quad Beat 2 headphones and is priced at Rs. 51,500.
