Nvidia announced the Battlebox concept last year to give gamers, the best possible gaming machine for their buck. Now Nvidia is expanding its program with the Battlebox rigs reaching Indian shores.
Nvidia has joined hands with a set of partners in India to design and build what Nvidia calls ‘Battlebox rigs’. These new rigs are put together with top notch hardware and even gives the liberty to gamers to customise, if need be. In short, Nvidia Battlebox aims for gamers to not to worry about building their gaming PC but rather concentrate on gaming.
Nvidia has five different SKUs on offer at the moment for the Indian market with the cheapest priced at Rs. 45,000 while the most expensive – Titan Sr will set you back by Rs. 1,70,000. Do note that this price does not factor in the cost of the OS nor other hardware like monitor, mouse or the keyboard.
All the SKUs are equipped with GeForce GTX GPUs and support technologies like GeForce Experience, ShadowPlay, Game streaming, PhysX, GPU Boost 2.0, SLI, TXAA and 3D vision.
As part of the awareness program, Nvidia is showcasing Battlebox rigs in multiple cities with Korum Mall, Thane set as the venue for Mumbaikars from 1-4 May and Ashar IT Park between 5-8 May 2014.
