Microsoft will officially complete the acquisition of Nokia’s Devices and Services business later this week. The Redmond giant expects to complete the transaction on April 25, making the Nokia devices business officially a part of Microsoft.
Microsoft hasn’t confirmed if Nokia will be renamed to Microsoft Mobile Oy, according to a recent report but did announce some changes on part of online assets, absorption of Nokia CTO and 21 employees in China and not to acquire the Korean Nokia manufacturing facility.
