Today is April 11 and as expected, Samsung’s Galaxy S5 has gone on sale worldwide. Samsung’s Galaxy S5 will be available in over 150 countries, starting with Australia and ending with United States and Canada. The new phone features a faster and powerful hardware, new software features and a revamped perforated pattern at the back.
The phone will be either powered by Samsung’s own octa-core Exynos processor or will house Qualcomm’s quad-core Snapdragon chip. It will feature 2GB RAM, a 5.1-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display, 16MP camera, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.0, 16 or 32GB internal memory, microSD card slot, NFC, infrared port, 2800mAh battery.
The Galaxy S5 is also dust and water resistant that adheres to the IP67 standard and comes with a finger scanner and heart rate sensor.
Its priced at Rs. 51,500 in India.
