Micromax pays to watch ads on MAd A94 smartphone

Micromax today announced a new smartphone for the Indian market that pays you to use their device. How, you ask? With their pre-loaded Micromax MAd application, it streams advertisements and in return pays back to the consumer in the form of prepaid/postpaid account credit.

Features-wise, MAd A94 runs Android 4.2.2 and comes with a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 4.5-inch touchscreen display, 5MP front and rear-facing cameras, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, pre-loaded apps like BBM and Opera Mini and 1800mAh battery.

The phone will sell for Rs. 8,490.
