UPDATE: We’ve heard back from D-Link. It’s priced at Rs. 9,000.
Baby monitors are not prevalent in a market like India but D-Link wants to change it with its advanced D-Link BabyCam DCS-825L. The BabyCam is Wi-Fi-equipped, which means it connects to the user’s home network and with the help of a mobile app, parents can quickly check on their child remotely.
The camera also features motion and audio sensor that notifies the parent in case the child wakes up or starts crying. Furthermore, two-way audio ensures parents to speak to their child or trigger the camera to play one of five pre-installed lullabies.
There’s no word on the price yet.
